Kathryn Balistreri - Garden Party

Kathryn returns to Antler & Talon, bringing along all the joys of spring with her second solo exhibition, "Garden Party".

Kathryn is a Portland-based textile artist. Known for her colorful, playful aesthetic, she creates artwork across a variety of mediums but in her capacity as a gallery artist has typically focused on handmade felt banners designed to “cozify” everyday spaces.

Her work celebrates imperfection, youthfulness, and personality, often blending bright colors with sketchy, hand-drawn elements that feel spontaneous and expressive. Kat gravitates toward designs that feel joyful, approachable, and full of character.
