Rainbow Pythons are entirely unique in that they do not procreate via physical reproduction. They are in fact only born into the world when circumstances conspire to make their presence necessary, in instances when the collective consciousness determines that something truly innocent and vulnerable is unable to defend its self from an unjust aggressor.
Rainbow Pythons are thus willed into being, and any similar shaped object (a fallen tree branch, an electrical cord or a skipping rope, for example) may be transformed for the purpose.
Furthermore, the term “python” is actually a misnomer. While the creatures are serpentine in appearance and easily mistaken for constrictors, their act of coiling around the subject is actually a protective embrace designed to warn off any who wish it harm.
